Part of Berry Bros. & Rudd’s Odyssey Range: The Auld & the Bold, this Glenlossie 1975 was distilled in Speyside and matured for half a century in a single hogshead. It captures an increasingly elusive old-school style of Scotch whisky, one shaped more by time and patient ageing than active oak influence. Just 136 bottles were produced from cask #5966.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Beeswax polish, candle wax, soft florals, and green orchard fruit lead the way, followed by citrus peel and delicate toasted malt.
Palate
Stone fruits, candied ginger, citrus oils, and gentle malt sweetness unfold gradually.
Finish
Long and contemplative with toasted malt, warming spice, and lingering waxy fruit.
