Glenlaird aims to showcase the diversity of the whisky produced in Scotland's Highlands, independently bottling whiskies from distilleries across the vast region. The bottler uses a blind tasting process to select its whisky, removing any bias or preconceptions about particular distilleries, and focusing purely on flavour. This is part of its very first batch – a 10-year-old Highland single malt, brimming with layers of salted vanilla, wet grass, caramel, and sweet citrus.
Salted vanilla and wet grass, sweet marmalade with a hint of lemon zest. Sawdust and orange peel with a toasted caramel finish.
