Single Malt
12-year-old Kilkerran single malt from Campbeltown's Glengyle Distillery, which reopened back in 2004. The Kilkerran 12 Year Old is lightly peated and non-chill filtered, and has been matured in a classic combination of bourbon casks sherry casks.
This whisky is absolutely fantastic both on the nose and on the pallet, great balance of woody aroma and meaty oiliness. I was surprised by how well it was received by my friends who are new to whisky too. It's overall a really outstanding whisky for it's value and suitable for beginners and experienced whisky sippers.

Buy it this is the best balanced whisky that you can actually buy,although,it is sweeter than you will think for a campbeltown whisky at least you can get a bottle, unlike its more harder to find siblings.One to savour
Wow, I really like this one. I’m usually a peated Islay drinker, but took a punt on this. Although very light on the peat, it’s extremely complex and just utterly delicious for the price. I’ll be getting another bottle of this the second I finish the first.
Marvellous stuff. Rich, chewy, briny & soft n' gentle peat smoke, however it's up 11 quid from last time it was available here when I bought a btl back in Sep 21. Tut Tut! Still it didn't stop me buying a btl this time round lol. I missed getting the Kilkerran 16 & Springbank 10 this time round ;( but I did manage to get my hands on a btl of Longrow ;)
