White Oak joins the core collection from the Highlands-based Glengoyne distillery. This single malt matures entirely in first-fill bourbon and new oak casks from North America, charred for less than a minute to allow the spirit to truly shine.
Bright notes of buttery oak, green banana, and a touch of floral tea.
Creamy notes of vanilla, a touch of tropical pineapple, toffee apple, poached, spiced pears.
Orchard fruits linger, with pastry, a touch of pepper, warm sponge cake, and ginger.
