“This is the benchmark in the 12-year category at its relative price point. There is nothing imho that makes you regret the purchase. Quality Single Malt Scotch Whisky that any serious whisky drinker should use as a yardstick to measure any pretender at much higher prices against. Superb for what it is intended to be and is.”

Glengoyne 12 Year Old

Completely unpeated (unusual in the highlands), this Glengoyne is soft, fruity and very quaffable. A fine single malt!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Toffee apples, a little acacia honey, nectarine in syrup and spice, supported by toasted barley in the background.

Palate

Over-ripe grapes, honeyed with hints of vanilla, coconut milk and oak spice. Light touches of chocolate ice-cream.

Finish

Long, oily finish with lingering coffee notes.
