This single cask single malt from Glenglassaugh was distilled in 2014 and matured for eight years in a virgin oak barrel. The Speyside Scotch whisky was bottled in 2023 by Alistair Walker for its Infrequent Flyers series, with an outturn of 263 non-chill filtered and naturally coloured bottles.
Sugar-dusted waffles, with vanilla caramel, some candied orange, and earthy oak.
Sweet toffee, gorse, vanilla, and almond pralines.
Cinnamon and pepper spice.
