A Malts of Scotland bottling of Glenglassaugh single malt, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2018. This release was drawn from four bourbon octave casks, resulting in 192 bottles. Intriguing indeed...
Barrel char, apple turnover, waxy orange, a touch of sea air.
Sultanas, salt & pepper crackers, thyme honey and cassia.
A hint of floral malt lingers alongside soft vanilla and peppercorn.
