The Glenfiddich Malt Master's Edition was named for the distillery's sixth Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, as he was their first Malt Master to double-mature Glenfiddich whisky in two different casks. This expression was initially matured in traditional oak casks, but was then finished for a number of years in Sherry casks to further develop the flavours, bringing warming fruitcake and gingerbread notes to the table.

extremely drinkable, pleasant and very smooth. While I haven't tried many "fiddies" to date, this is the favourite for sure. Another Scottish jewel.
Very good for a NAS! Better than most of Glenfiddich's range and better than a lot of other NAS on the market. If you like a nice even sherried drop have one of this you won't be disappointed.
Great combination of fresh fruit and dried fruit sweetness, the sherry is there but it is not dominating making this a very balanced dram. A lovely long finish, where the sherry grows.
I love it and in my opinion slightly better than the Solera 15, the extra sweetness is just perfect! 5 stars. Buy it, you will empty the bottle pretty fast...
