A rather charming single malt from Glenfiddich, distilled in 1991 and released back in 2004 to celebrate Head Cooper Don Ramsay's 30 years in the barrel business! Don went on to work at Glenfiddich until 2011, and was estimated to have created more than 200,000 casks during his 50 year career. A super bit of history right here.
