I was delighted to see this Kosher 12YO Edition being sold in the UK. Up until recently it's been an Israeli exclusive. Yes, it's chill filtered and bottled at 40% abv, but as a kosher alternative to the historic and classic Glenfiddich 12 (Green can), it needs to be as approachable to the casual drinker as the original is. IMO, it supposes the original. Tasting notes: Medium to light. Floral. Sweet yellow apples, honey and custard tarts followed by shortcake biscuits.
