Glenfiddich 12 single malt whisky is part of the distillery's flagship collection. It is an award-winning Speyside whisky and an excellent choice for seasoned sippers or those who are new to whisky. It has lots of light and fruity flavours thanks to a high cut point. Aged for 12 years in American and European oak casks, it's also the world's most awarded single malt!
Grain. Slightly floral, mineralic. Spirity, orchard fruit, malty, honey. Citrus develops.
Light, floral, spices. Very smooth.
Sweet, touch of oak and general fruit, oily.
Stereotypical Speyside. Consistent - a good benchmark.

Like others I didn't bother with this for a while because you see it everywhere so I assumed it was rubbish. It isn't.
I had this neat on a transcontinental flight, quite refreshing to be honest. Light, floral, with a hint of pear. It is quite easy to drink. Would prefer it neat, I added a little bit of water towards the end and it weakened it a lot.
Go's slightly cloudy though. *
