Tasted this against the twenty-five-year-old, and the fifteen against the seventeen, with some friends last year and the 21 and 15 won! The recent hike in the price of the twenty-five leaves this as a bit of a "no brainer" at present. We found this to be very well balanced, with less wood and more whisky than its older sibling!
Very nice, smooth palate and aroma full finish. Defenatly would minde a second bottle

Nose: Pear drops, Lemon, Tad of Raspberry Palate: Wow, super smooth, barley, pepper Finish: Wood, slight pine
Very smooth and pleasant. A bit too light for my taste, I would expect more complexity at this age. It's very much in line with the other Glenfarclas whiskies I've tasted. It's pleasant but misses that little extra bite. At this price you can get a lot of whiskies that are more interesting.
