Well-Sherried single malt from Glenfarclas in the Speyside, released as part of their extensive Family Cask series. This was distilled back in 2000 and set aside to mature in a refill Sherry butt (and clearly quite an active one, at that!) until January 2017. 615 bottles were produced.
