Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Slightly oaky, caramel-laden nose with thick notes of custard, allspice and fruit.

Palate: Cooked fruit, baking spices and caramel sweetness. Manuka honey, black pepper and oak.

Finish: Long, oaky finish with an explosion of spice on the tail.

Overall: Lovely stuff - very rich.
