Glenfarclas 15 Year Old Cheltenham Bottling 70cl Whisky

This limited edition single malt from Glenfarclas was bottled to celebrate 15 years of The Glenfarclas Cross Country Steeplechase at the historic UK horse racing event, the Cheltenham Festival. Matured for 15 years before bottling, the back label displays the name of each year's winner from 2009 to 2023. Horse names are great. From this list of winners, we quite like 'Balthazar King' of Ireland, winner in both 2012 and 2014. 'Tiger Roll', also of Ireland stood out too having won the steeplechase three times in 2018, 2019, and 2021. What have we learned? Irish horses with cool names are worth a punt if you have a day at the races and don't know who to pick.
