This Family Cask was distilled at Glenfarclas in 1980. The refill sherry butt has brought about a lovely sweetness, quite biscuity and malty.
Fruity, citrus. Leathery, aromatic.
Shortbread, buttery toffee. Good sweetness, herbal, cut hay.
Long finish, thick, oak.
