This Family Cask was distilled at Glenfarclas in 1980. The refill sherry butt has brought about a lovely sweetness, quite biscuity and malty.
Nose Fruity, citrus. Leathery, aromatic.
Palate Shortbread, buttery toffee. Good sweetness, herbal, cut hay.
