This is a very creamy tasting Glenfarclas Family Cask. It was a plain hogshead, distilled in 1979. This is the fourth release.
Creamy. Less sherried than other bottlings. Toffee, caramel. Vanilla.
Herbs, buttery toffee, vegetal, custard.
Long, blossom, oak, dark fudge.
