Description

A 20 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the GlenDronach distillery, released as part of their fourteenth batch of single cask bottlings. This one was matured in a Pedro Ximénez puncheon from February 1996 to September 2016, when it was bottled with an outturn of 596 bottles.

Nose

Old oak, mocha, poached pear and dark chocolate.

Palate

Classic PX cask sweetness on the palate, joined by a generous helping of winter spices.

Finish

Red grape peel and juicy plum.
