Enjoyably well-sherried single malt from the GlenDronach distillery, independently bottled by Malts of Scotland. It was aged in a single sherry hogshead from 1994 to 2018, before being bottled at 50.2% ABV with an outturn of 240 bottles. Very rare to see an indie GlenDronach!
Molasses, dark rum, dried fruit, Christmas cake and a hint of red wine.
A core of earthy vanilla, supported by milk chocolate and ground clove.
Brown sugar, red wine again, stem ginger and cigar box.
