A ten year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Macduff Distillery's The Deveron range. This expression really shows off the quality of Macduff's spirit, boasting wonderful layers of caramel, orchard fruit, and warming barley notes. We reckon it would do rather well as an aperitif dram, and it most certainly will be great for whisky-based cocktails, too.
Green apple, orange boiled sweeties, a hint of oily malt.
Sponge cake, runny honey, plump apricot, slightly buttery.
Caramel, peanuts, more zesty apple notes.

I ordered this particular whisky for my brother in law for Christmas, as my son has bought this particular one before and enjoys the flavour and intensity of this bottle. I am sure that he will enjoy it.
Having started with 10year and progressing to 12 year I found both very favourable to my health??? Unfortunately no 12 year around so back to 10 but still a wonderful glass filler
Bought a bottle on a recent visit to France, 24 euros, nice and easy drinking, nose of toffee apple, fresh slightly peppery palate with hint of honey and more toffee apple on the finish.
