Single malt Scotch whisky from Glencadam distillery was first matured in bourbon barrels before being treated to a decadent finish in Pedro Ximénez casks. In the Highland distillery's dunnage warehouses, this rich and sweet sherry style added layers of dried fruit, baking spice, and zesty citrus to a whisky that was bottled without chill-filtration or any additional colouring at 46% ABV.
Dried fruit, chocolate mousse, treacle, Morello cherries, and cinnamon.
Clove, maple syrup, blackcurrant compote, golden raisins, and crystalised ginger.
Notes of espresso and caramel linger.

I’m a huge fan of Glencadam and this is another wonderful expression. The 10yo is good, the 13yo Reawakening is better and the 15yo is superb. This one grew on me…very moreish. Lovely!
I have nothing negative to say about this, it’s great stuff!
All i can say is, If you like sherried whiskies, this is for you... At ONLY £45 it is ridiculously cheap & at 46% it allows a drop of water to "open up" those more intense fruity flavours... Has to be the bargain of the year !!
