Single cask single malt from the glorious Glencadam Distillery, matured for 21 years! This expression was distilled in 2000, and bottled in 2021, being drawn from a single Port pipe. 684 bottles were produced, presented at cask strength – a hefty 60% ABV.
Cooked rhubarb, anise, honey, vanilla pod, and soft oak.
Raspberry jam on brown bread, cinnamon, caraway, orange zest.
Heavy vanilla and toffee, with hints of cinnamon, fizzy oak, and raspberry.
