Another ace single cask Glencadam here! This time, it's a 14 year old single malt from the Glencadam Distillery, aged in a single sherry butt from November 2005 to January 2020. It was bottled at cask strength, a robust 61.8% ABV, with an outturn of 708 bottles.
Ripe banana skins, summer fruits, raisins and a hint of chocolate.
Nougat, raisins and nuts with nicely balanced sherry sweetness.
Long and smooth, with spice and rich sweetness in total harmony.
