Glencadam single malt here, joining the Reserve Casks series from The Single Malts of Scotland. Parcel No. 10 was distilled in 2011 and matured for 11 years, with the Highland Scotch whisky being drawn from four casks in 2022.
Shortbread, with gorse flowers, and dollops of lemon curd.
Creamy cereal notes, with black pepper and allspice, and some sticky malt loaf.
Stone fruits and zesty spices.
