Bourbon
Single malt Scotch whisky from the perennially underrated Glencadam distillery here. The 2011 vintage expression was aged in bourbon casks before it was bottled at 11 years old to the usual 47.5% ABV for the Strictly Limited series by Càrn Mòr.
Barley sweets, lemon peel, crème brûlée, and cinnamon.
Vanilla bean, citrus, stone fruit, and clove.
Oaky spice and peaches.
