Distilled in 2010, bottled in 2023, this Glenburgie single malt spent its 12-year maturation resting in a bourbon cask. That cask was opened up by Spirits Shop' Selection, releasing a total of 264 bottles at a hearty 58.2% ABV.
Buttery biscuits, vanilla tablet, apple pastries, and a touch of floral dried grass.
Butterscotch softens a flash of pepper and woody spice before toasted vanilla, toffee, and white chocolate join.
Banana bread, honey, toasted oak, and lingering warming spice.
