The GlenAllachie 35 Year Old Cask Strength 1990
The GlenAllachie 35 Year Old Cask Strength 1990 was created by master distiller Billy Walker by selecting four cask types: Mizunara, new American oak, oloroso
sherry, and Pedro Ximénez sherry. Expect a symphony of flavours, balancing warm spice, luscious dried fruit, creamy vanilla, and rich molasses.
The outer box is presented in a bespoke wooden case, drawing inspiration from Mizunara oak. Its design embraces Kumiko, the traditional Japanese woodworking art of detailed joinery without nails, symbolising patience, precision, and mastery. Four geometric patterns represent the cask types that shaped the whisky, while the gable end of the distillery ties the design back to The GlenAllachie’s Speyside home.
