Feast your eyes upon the first batch of GlenAllachie 30 year Old! Master blender Billy Walker and his team have used some incredible, well-aged stocks from the distillery in Speyside to craft this cracking single malt. Whisky was drawn from Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry hogsheads and puncheons, as well as a smattering of Chinquapin virgin oak casks, which were married together and bottled up at 48.9% ABV.
