Following on from the incredible Batch 1, GlenAllachie is back with another astonishing batch of 21 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky! This expression was created using whisky drawn from five Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, bringing layer upon layer of rich, decadent, delicious notes of dried fruit, milk chocolate, and bold fruit. A release of 1,600 bottles.
Lashings of cocoa, heather honey and orange peel, with notes of cinnamon, mocha and fruit cake.
A fusion of fruit cake, treacle and heather honey, followed by layers of orange peel, stewed fruits and dark chocolate, with ginger and orange zest on the finish.
