This GlenAllachie single malt was distilled in 2006, and was left in a single bourbon barrel for just over a decade. Eventually it was bottled at 12 years, old, with the barrel yielding 234 bottles at a generous 61.4% ABV.

Nose
Waxy honey and banana bread, with mint white chocolate and a pinch of tobacco.
Palate
More mint chocolate, along with dried apricot, golden syrup and berry coulis.
Finish
Cinnamon buns and peppery oak.
