Nose
Fresh strawberries and clotted cream, with a smidge of malty spice sneaking in.
Palate
Honeyed barley, buttery biscuits, rose petal jam, ginger, and mince pie filling.
Finish
Brown sugar, maple syrup, and raspberry.
