Add a drop of water and notes of brown sugar, red fruit, peach and stem ginger cream develop.
Creamy with treats from the tuck shop such as pencil sweets and orange sherbet.

POW! To be honest - the 'donor' distillery is rather irrelevant here - the cask is literally all that matters. And what a cask. If I didn't know better I'd be convinced that this is a Fino cask - or maybe even Manzanilla? The salinity is so overpowering. Don't go here if you don't like (real) sherry.
