Distilled in August 2005, the whisky spent two decades maturing in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, yielding 353 bottles in September 2025. It's a bold, characterful dram, packed with generous waves of baking spices and orchard fruits, with rich notes of muscovado and mocha beneath.
