14-year-old single malt from Glen Spey, distilled in 2007 and finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask before it was bottled in 2023. A total of 181 bottles join the independent Benchmark collection from Murray McDavid.
Toasted almonds, poached peaches, chocolate fondant, and earthy coffee grounds.
Oily malt is accompanied by plenty of candied fruit, drizzles of dark caramel, and jammy hedgerow fruits.
Dustings of cinnamon and cocoa finish things off, with sweet baking spice and sherried oak in tow.
