Glen Parker
An easy-going single malt from an unnamed distillery in Speyside, Glen Parker is ever so slightly peaty.

Those who say they find Glen Parker undrinkable are reacting more to the low price tag than to the dram, and would probably enjoy toilet swill if it carried a three-digit price tag. Glen Parker is certainly not one of the top three, but it is far ahead of the bottom three. This is a fine whisky for its price. It has a clean taste, a smooth finish and has subtle notes of cedar, wildberries and gentle malt. It is a perfect starter scotch for someone who wishes to develop an appreciation for the whiskies, and their various complexities. Glen Parker is a gentle drink that is perfect for those occasions when others are having a beer or a wine. Really the only element that Glen Parker does not have is "snob appeal".
tastes like moonshine
Well I just had a taste of this and it is extremely bad. A very sweet finish. Don't waste your money.
with ice or a dash of water it's an easy going smooth scotch, not peaty or smoky with and with little after taste. Maybe a little heavy on the honey flavour. not embarrassed to have it next the 17 year old Glenlivit single malt and Hibiki blend in my liquor cabinet.
Some disgruntled someone posted a couple crazy negative reviews. Ignore them and try this Scotch. You will truly be pleased.
