Single malt from Glen Ord distillery here, joining the Artist Collective series from La Maison du Whisky. The Highland single malt Scotch was distilled in 2012 and matured for nine years in first-fill bourbon barrels, with this release a drawn from six casks.
Sweet cereal notes, dried hay, with some crisp apple, and golden syrup.
Spiced gingerbread, barley sugar, poached orchard fruits, and oaky vanilla.
Floral honey with woody spice.
