Something a little out of the ordinary here - an indie Glen Ord! Hilarious wordplay aside, we don't see enough bottlings of Glen Ord, so these are always well appreciated. This one is a 12 year old single malt from the Highland distillery, matured from 2005 to 2017 and bottled by W.M. Cadenhead with an outturn of 576 bottles.
Chocolate biscuits and oat cakes, heather honey, damson jam.
Damson jam once again - now on rye toast. A few squares of fudge, with sea salt in tow.
Spiced fruit compote.
