The central, and entry level release in the Elgin Classic range from Glen Moray distillery. Very easy to drink, this stuff offers up hints of soft citrus and barley.
Light, fresh. Grist. Nutty, floral. Dried grass. Slightly fruity.
Oak, gentle. Well balanced, walnut, grist. Citrus, lemon sponge.
Tangy citrus, spicy fruitcake.

I`ve never tasted rocket fuel either but if it tastes as nice as this wee whisky, then I say `Lucky Rockets` :-) People have different tastes. Some of the comments on here are over the top.People sometimes do that to make themselves appear experts.
Citrus, soft with viccy sponge finish. Easy dramming, for the price give it a go
I've never tasted rocket fuel but having tasted Elgin Classic I would imagine there is definitely a similarity.
A very drinkable single malt at a fair price. If however, you want to spend about £2.00. More, you can get a 70cl bottle of Chivas Regal which in my opinion blows this Glen Moray away. TBY.
why does your ' peated ' single malt have an unpleasantly strong medicinal taste ?
