The central, and entry level release in the Elgin Classic range from Glen Moray distillery. Very easy to drink, this stuff offers up hints of soft citrus and barley.
Light, fresh. Grist. Nutty, floral. Dried grass. Slightly fruity.
Oak, gentle. Well balanced, walnut, grist. Citrus, lemon sponge.
Tangy citrus, spicy fruitcake.

Nice palpable and smooth I liked it, hard to imagine why some people rated it so low.
Extraordinary good whisky, regarding the price the best whisky I ever tasted, I can warmly recommend :)
Its like germolene in liquid form. So clinical . Awful for a single malt.
Nothing special about it, hint of citrus. wont be able to finish off the bottle, not buying again.
A decent scotch for the price. I suspect it needs to be stored in the dark and the lighter notes won't hold up long after opened. A pleasant lift that leaves you believing you are clear headed.
