From Speyside's Glen Moray Distillery comes this splendid nine year old single malt. Distilled in 2011, it was matured until 2021 (including a finish in a virgin oak cask), when it was independently bottled by Alistair Walker for the Infrequent Flyers range. A total of 238 bottles were drawn from this single cask.
Grilled peach, fruit salad, and vanilla ice cream.
Mashed bananas, lemon drizzle, custard, nutty barley, and woody spice.
Apricots, cookie dough, white chocolate chips, brioche, and buttery oak.
