Bourbon
Glen Moray single malt, distilled in 2015 and matured in a single bourbon barrel for seven years. The barrel was opened by Spirits Shop' Selection in 2023, releasing a total of 247 bottles, with a big, bold ABV of 62%, and a less big, less bold, and actually rather cute doggy on the label.
Boiled fruit sweeties, fresh fruit salad, toasted marshmallows, and honey join mellow toasted oak, and vanilla.
Green apples, gingerbread, vanilla cream, and zesty citrus lead, while bold barley brings earthy spice beneath.
Butterscotch and toasted oak cushion and a pinch of chilli flake heat.
