This single malt was distilled at Glen Moray in 2007 and filled into a first fill bourbon barrel to mature. 15 years later, the barrel was opened by independent bottler A.D Rattray, releasing a total of 191 cask strength bottles for its Cask Collection.
Toasty vanilla pod, dried orange peels, gooseberries, and honeyed brioche.
Toasted oak, toffee, gingerbread, and lemon drop sweeties, with herbal tea and rich oak beneath.
A wave of woody spice and garden herbs arrives, while tropical fruits and zesty citrus linger.
