Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fragrant rosewater, with grassy notes, hot milk and sour cream. Develops roasted nuts, and then goes back to dried flowers.
Palate
Powerful with drying wood notes, and a spicy peppery taste that includes cinnamon and nutmeg. Quite heavy tannins.
Finish
This has a medium, dry finish.
Overall
A sophisticated and complex dram with a clean, dry character.
