A 16 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the wonderful Glen Moray distillery in the Speyside region, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Sherry casks.
Thick toffee, chocolate digestive and Demerara sugar. A slight hint of stewed berries comes through a little later.
Smooth, stewed apples, vanilla cream. Pecan pie, scones, dark chocolate.
Medium. Creamy, warming and nutty.

I truly enjoy this scotch. good body but still smooth one of my favorites!
Soft and sweet, good value for money, although I would always much rather drink the Glenfiddich 15y in this price range.
Great Scotch whisky The 12 yr old is a scotch I like very much. It has a fruity finish. The 16 yr is a robust version of the 12 yr old.
Just shared a bottle with a friend for a house warming very smoth great fragranc .
