This handsome chap before you is the first permanent no age statement single malt from Glen Keith that the distillery in Speyside has released. Matured in ‘traditional’ American oak casks and bottled at 40% ABV, the release of this laid-back malt is very welcome indeed...
Sweet and crisp with orchard fruits and a malty character. Toffee apples and banana skins linger.
Through oaked dryness and an oily note comes vanilla sweetness with helpings of apricot yogurt, dried mango and nectarines. Suggestions of chocolate pudding, a slight grassiness and a little spice form the backdrop.
Subtle floral notes and new oak, with a little honey.

Had a bottle given from a friend usually drink blended whisky found this much better. I believe the taste is down to the individual.I will certainly be trying more malts from now on.
I have sampled some single malts over the years and this one is as good as there is, well done GlenKeith !
Hello, this is pretty damn good having sampled single malts for over 35 years is one I argue is the best
I’m a glenfiddich single malt man myself but saw this at £18 a bottle and thought why not I’m glad I did because I found it superb can not fault it. Well done the glen Keith.
Don't be put of by the nay sayers. Many of them on here couldn't tell the difference between an islay and a speyside. Trust the chaps at M.O.M they always give a fair and honest review. Obviously its down to individual taste and preferences but this is a lovely dram. Crisp and clean with a big hit of red apple skin. Followed by mild peppery spice and a lovely toffee honied finish. No real age but thats not its selling point. All in all well worth a try.
