Well-aged single malt from the Glen Keith Distillery, independently bottled up by the Gordon & MacPhail team. It was distilled in 1993, and given a generous spell in an American refill hogshead, resting there for 28 years. Eventually, it was bottled up in 2021, with just 230 bottles for the Connoisseurs Choice range.
Buttery blueberry pancakes, with a smidge of white chocolate and hazelnut.
Strawberry jam sandwiches, white pepper, a touch of forest floor.
More earthy notes linger, with a hint of pineapple too.
