A Càrn Mòr independent bottling of 28 year old Glen Keith single malt, presented as part of the popular Celebration of the Cask range. This was distilled in October 1988 and matured in a bourbon barrel until August 2017, when Càrn Mòr bottled it up with an outturn of just 221 bottles.
Apricot and honeydew melon, with a pinch of sea salt and some underlying cumin heat.
Creamy vanilla sits at the core, sweet but subtle earthy. A swell of citrus-y hop bitterness and brown sugar.
Milky coffee and fresh clementine.
