This one was drawn from specially selected barrels and butts and bottled at 43% ABV, boasting oodles of orchard fruit notes alongside nutty malt and soft, herby elements.

Nose
Apples, oranges and greengages, with brown sugar and cedar underneath.
Palate
Peach and pear, basil leaf, dried sultanas and seeded bread.

Runny toffee and a very subtle hint of smoked almonds.
