Aged for more than 39 years in a single sherry cask, this independent bottling from Mackillop's was distilled at the Glen Grant distillery in Speyside. Distilled on 6th July 1973 and bottled in March 2013 at natural cask strength.
Fruitcake richness, a little furniture polish and malt loaf.
Agile with crushed mixed nuts, spice and gentle oak.
Long with more fruitcake and a hint of maraschino.
Rich and sherried but remarkable light in character.
